Why not start a revolution?
Dream big and crazy
Don't worry if it’s too hazy
Sometimes outrageous, sometimes outlandish
But never enough to outcry the damage
From words to thoughts and thoughts to actions
Broken down into tasks like glass into a million pieces of fractions
Let's start a revolution
A teenage rebellion? A gold medallion?
What else do you want to call it, reasons billion
Yet, we'll refuse to put down our weapon
Our voices won't be left unspoken
Even under the shackles of oppression.
Goods in plenty and gifts overflowing
Life in comfort is far too overpowering
Modern way and it's breakthroughs
You can't have cake and eat it too
Things haven't been for you own sake
Understand this and understand the take
Why do you care for what's already there?
Whatever you think, I don't care.
To know what's true, just come here
We clearly don't hold our souls dear
And in that, let our making hold the future clear.
For our present existence to hold future subsistence.
Why not start a revolution?
Since we really cannot outrun evolution.
