What does it evoke, the word Orange?
The fresh summer experiments where you created a nuisance
messy with the peels dried to no end
and powdered to bring the life out of them
then a swish, a witches brew to smell
Sooo, It worked!,
at the end I bragged then.
Left and right, tears falling
Sob and sniff, mouth cooing
As I listened to the sounds rolling
As I moved in time, I kept my heart Holding
Left and right, tears falling
Sob and sniff, mouth cooing
As I listened to the sounds rolling
As I moved in time, I kept my heart holding
For who knew what the store kept coming
All in all, the end was soothing
It was a show I'd love to keep watching.
Another time, another morn,
I decided to have my own song
24/7 was it playing, on and on and on.
From morn till night, as I drowse at dawn,
I kept wondering what kept me drawn?
What kept me strong to last without a yawn?
It probably was the exam to which I'd gone
It wasn't until recent had I discovered
That orange wasn't something singly colored
It was a earth's sheet of beauty covered
with the wit and patience of a lover.
A pinch of spring smothered
over the drought of the winter silvered
Orange is a billion feelings unstructured.
